Adera Learning collects information that parents or guardians choose to provide when requesting an assessment or academic support, such as contact information, a student's first name and grade, scheduling preferences, and information about academic needs.
How information is used
Information submitted is used to respond to families, schedule assessments, understand academic support needs, communicate about Adera Learning services, and administer tutoring services if a family enrolls.
Student information
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical records, immigration records, or other highly sensitive information through the assessment request form. Additional information needed after enrollment may be handled separately.
Third-party services
Adera Learning currently uses Google Forms to receive assessment requests and GitHub Pages to host this website. Information submitted through Google Forms is processed through Google's services.
